An Instagram live stream series where I bring together a couple of my creative friends and mentors to share shed some light on how to handle a virus lockdown in a healthy and positive way.
On the next episode of, 'Positive hour with Crystal & Friends' my friend Lawrence and I, who I met through Teens Unite, talk about how picking up a new fun and exciting hobby in video editing/photography can help past the time whilst being in lockdown and beyond. I was heavily into video editing when I was on treatment, and it made those long hospital stays go by a lot quicker then it should because I learned a new skill in the process. (and it was so much fun!) Watch the full live below if you missed it and comment on what new skill you might try.
Lawrence is a very talented video editor, director, writer and photographer so you might get inspired by what he has to say 😉
Note of advice: The easiest video edit app that I used (and enjoyed learning from youtube tutorials) is 'Cute Cut' which you can get on your phone and also FilmoraGo. There are millions and thousands of apps to choose from and once you become a pro, it can also aid you in future promotional videos, business promos or even videos to send to your friends or fam. It's an amazing skill to learn and you don't know what it may lead to 😁.
