I have invited my good friend and mentor, Kay Scorah to join us in this next live talking about mindfulness and how we can use it to manage anxiety and stress in our lives. On this blog, I have previously talked about how Kay and her mindfulness workshop at the 2018 FYSOT event helped me get over my anxiety (here) and so it's amazing to have her share her wisdom on this live because I truly believe it can help all of us to learn these tools during this time.
